Hyundai Motor on Tuesday launched its facelifted Tucson Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) for the Indian market through its new digital platform ‘The Next Dimension’.
The South Korean auto firm also introduced the new Creta SUV and Verna sedan to the digital platform.
As Hyundai claims, the digital platform offers the industry’s first digital engagement via augmented reality.
The SUV will be available in both petrol and diesel engine options. The petrol variant gets a 2.0-litre engine that churns out 152 PS of power and 192 Nm of torque. Also, the engine i clubbed with a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
The diesel engine is a 2.0-litre unit that is available with 8-speed automatic transmission. This engine delivers 185 PS of power and 400 Nm of torque. The SUV gets HTRAC 4WD system, advanced traction cornering control and multiple drive modes.
The Tucson comes with Hyundai BluLink connectivity, a 20.32 cm HD touchscreen infotainment system.
