Former military Governor of Kaduna State, Abubakar Umar, has directed his Lawyers to sue MTN over unsolicited messages and alleged fraudulent deductions.
According to Umar the practice has continued despite repeated assurances that it will not happen again.
He explained that he has been receiving unsolicited messages accompanied by deductions of money from his telephone line, adding that “I have briefed my lawyers.”
