Ceat Unveils Contactless Services For Customers

Ceat has  announced a slew of new service offerings to ensure safety of its customers and business continuity for its dealer partners.
The new services offerings include contactless pick & drop service, appointment-based service and in-shop measures.

 In a statement the company also explained that doorstep services are also being offered in prime metropolitan areas to ensure that vehicles are serviced, sanitized and ready for the road.
According to Ceat, these initiatives not only take care of all tyre-related issues of the customers safely and efficiently, but also ensure regular business for the CEAT shoppe partners.
The services are launched in a phased manner across India and will be available in 22 cities in the next 7 days, the company said.
Under the Ceat’s contactless pick-up and drop facility, the vehicle is picked up from the customer’s doorstep, the required service is provided at a Ceat Shoppe, and the vehicle is then dropped back to the customer’s place. This facility ensures that customers receive reliable services without stepping outside their homes.
