The Corps Marshal, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Shehu Mohammed has been honoured with the BusinessDay Excellence in Public Service Award at the 2025 Public Service Lecture Series and Excellence Awards for Ministries, Departments, and Parastatals.
The recognition highlights his visionary leadership, unwavering commitment to national service, and the far-reaching reforms he is championing within the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC).
Under his stewardship, the FRSC has witnessed significant transformation in digital security systems, operational efficiency, and national road safety initiatives, reinforcing the Corps’ mandate to ensure safer roads for all Nigerians.
The award was received on his behalf by the Deputy Corps Marshal in charge of Training, DCM Abiodun Akinlade.
The ceremony, held in Abuja, was chaired by former President Goodluck Jonathan, GCFR, represented by former Senate President, Anyim Pius Anyim.
The event also featured the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister of Information and National Orientation, alongside several Heads of Departments and Parastatals who were similarly recognised for outstanding public service delivery.
