The Corps Commander in charge of Pensions and Insurance, CC Rose Garba, on Wednesday, 26 February, 2026, convened an interactive session at the National Headquarters of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) between staff of the Corps and representatives of Premium Pensions Limited.
City Business News reports that the engagement created a platform for open dialogue, allowing officers and men of the Corps to seek clarifications and gain firsthand insights into pension administration and insurance matters directly affecting their welfare.
In her remarks, CC Garba emphasized the importance of transparency and continuous engagement in ensuring that personnel fully understand the structure and benefits of the contributory pension scheme.
She noted that informed staff are better positioned to plan for their future and make sound financial decisions.
Representatives of Premium Pensions Limited provided detailed explanations on retirement savings accounts, voluntary contributions, benefit payments, and insurance cover, while also addressing concerns raised by participants. The session featured a question-and-answer segment, enabling staff to discuss specific issues and receive practical guidance.
The interactive meeting forms part of ongoing efforts by the FRSC leadership to strengthen welfare structures, promote financial literacy among personnel, and deepen collaboration with key service providers in the pension and insurance sectors.
