Kia Motors has concluded plans to unveil its next-generation mobility products at the upcoming 2020 Auto Expo in India.
Products from the company will include 14 models including multiple electric vehicles and mobility technologies.
The South Korean carmaker will launch its premium MPV Carnival at the event. Also, it will unveil a compact SUV concept there that would be the third product from the brand after Seltos and Carnival.
As it has claimed, Kia’s 14 products at the Auto Expo 2020 will reflect its theme of ‘Innovating Future’.
Commenting about the Kia Motors strategy for Auto Expo 2020, Kookhyun Shim, Managing Director & CEO, Kia Motors India, said, “We are excited to be present for the second time at India’s biggest automotive event. Sticking to our promise of ‘The Power to Surprise’, we have a range of products that displays Kia’s strengths in design, quality, technology and innovation. Also, the world will see for the first time our compact SUV concept at the Delhi Auto Expo 2020, demonstrating our priority towards India.”
Shim also said, “Our presence and the showcase at the 15th Delhi Auto Expo 2020 is a display of our commitment to deliver products and services that will delight Indian customers and fans of the Kia brand.”
Apart from the Carnival and compact SUV concept, there will be other models like Seltos X-Line concept, Soul EV, Niro EV, XCeed, Stonic etc. It will also showcase the UVO CONNECT telematics system for connected cars.
