As part of measures to consolidates and expand the distributions of Mitsubishi vehicles in Nigeria, Massilia Motors Limited, on Thursday in Lagos, announced its position as the sole distributor of Mitsubishi Motors in Nigeria.
The company is a joint venture of CFAO and Kewalram Chanrai Group.
According to the joint venture, Massilia Motors Ltd. will provide customers with Mitsubishi Motors passenger cars, SUVs, pick-ups, spare parts and after-sales services across Nigeria.
The head office located at 4A Ijora Causeway, Ijora Lagos is a major after-sales hub with a fully equipped workshop and qualified technicians.
Representatives of the company explained that its vision is to become Nigeria’s leading automotive distributor with delivery of world class customer service.
Addressing motoring journalists on Thursday, Managing Director, Mr Thomas Pelletier explained that after-sales support will be given top priority while plans are underway to appoint more dealers.
Speaking in a similar vein, Deputy Managing of Kewalram Chanrai Group, Mr Victor Eburajolo said genuine spare parts are in place to meet Customers demands.
Deputy Managing Director, Massilia Motors, Mr Kunle Jaiyesimi, explained that the joint venture will be of great benefit to customers across the country.
Also, Massilia Motors Ltd. is set to ensure effective talent management that will result in motivated and customer oriented employees.
The modern flagship showroom on Adeola Odeku Street (Victoria Island) and the new Mitsubishi Motors website are steps taken to show the company’s commitment to revitalize the brand’s image in Nigeria.
