
The Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc (NAHCO aviance) on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, hosted a delegation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Ikeja District Society, at its Corporate Head Office in Lagos.
City Business News reports that the ICAN team, led by the Chairman of the District, Mr. Olutayo Solanke, was received by NAHCO’s Group Executive Director, Corporate Services, Dr. Sola Obabori, alongside the Group Executive Director, Commercial and Business Development, Prince Saheed Lasisi (FCA).
During the visit, NAHCO’s management reiterated the company’s unwavering commitment to professional excellence and corporate governance.
The team highlighted the organisation’s deliberate policy of encouraging staff to belong to recognized professional bodies, noting that continuous professional development remains central to NAHCO’s operational efficiency and service delivery standards.
In his remarks, Solanke commended NAHCO for its strong support for the accounting profession, particularly for employing a significant number of chartered accountants across its operations. He described NAHCO as a dependable partner and staunch supporter of ICAN, applauding the longstanding and mutually beneficial relationship between the two institutions.
The visit also provided an opportunity for both organisations to reaffirm their shared values of integrity, professionalism, and capacity building within Nigeria’s corporate landscape.
