The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has earmarked N233.7billion expenditure for the year 2017.
Presenting the budget estimate to the House of Representative Committee on Ports, Habours & Waterways under the leadership of Hon. Patrick Asadu, Managing Director of NPA, Hadiza Bala Usman explained that the budget is made up of capital expenditure of N142.1billion representing 55% of the projected revenue.
Tagged ‘Budget of Infrastructural Renewal and Revenue Expansion’, the 2017 budget has a recurrent expenditure of N91.6billion which represents 36% of estimated total revenue.
