The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Skyway Aviation Handling Company PLC (SAHCO), Mrs. Adenike Aboderin, has visited the company’s Warri Station at Osubi Airport, where she held a Town Hall Meeting with employees as part of efforts to strengthen operations and improve service delivery.
Aboderin was warmly received by the Station Manager, Jafar Salau, and his team, who conducted the SAHCO chief executive and her entourage around the station’s facilities.
The visit provided an opportunity for the MD/CEO to assess operations at the station and engage directly with employees on key issues affecting service delivery and workplace efficiency.
During the Town Hall Meeting, discussions centred on improving services to airline partners, strengthening operational efficiency and enhancing the standard of the work environment for employees.
The engagement also provided staff with an opportunity to share their experiences, challenges and suggestions for improving the station’s operations.
Aboderin was accompanied on the visit by Oladimeji Paul Famodimu, Assistant General Manager, Human Resources, and Olaonipekun Falase, Special Assistant to the MD/Head, Planning.
Speaking on the engagement, the SAHCO management reaffirmed its commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence across its stations.
