To consolidate on its growing influence in the Nigeria market, SHACMAN Trucks in collaboration with Transit Support Services (TSS) has concluded brainstorming sessions for stakeholders in Warri, Delta State, Benin Edo State and Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
SHACKMAN Trucks is available in Nigeria courtesy Transit Support Services Limited through a network of dealers equipped with comprehensive after sales support.
The trucks are locally assembled at the TSS plant at Emene industrial lay out, Enugu State.
According to the organizers, the brainstorming sessions were designed to among others bring together management of the brand, Customers, Stakeholders and members of the public to interact on issues pertaining to the brand and its services.
The just concluded sessions focused on the owners and operators of SHACMAN Trucks in the South-South region of Nigeria.
In his speech, the Africa General Manager, SHACMAN, Mr.Zhang Fei(Eric) said:”It’s a great honour for me and my team to attend this forum. I’m excited to be here again after 10years since 2009″.
He added: “I would like to give special thanks to our partner, TSS and its team for organising this event”.
Representing Transit Support Services (TSS), Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Stanley Mbanu, made a presentation on the SHACMAN brand, the partnership between the brands, their operations and services they render.
He said: “Our SHACMAN vehicles have conveyed several million metric tons of goods across Nigeria & West Africa since 2007 (dry and wet cargo)”.
“Our satisfied customers are Dangote Refinery (over 500 tippers), BUA Cement (Over 200 trucks), Dangote Cement (Over 1,800), Eterna Plc (34 Units) and many more.”
According to him, SHACMAN gives one year unlimited mileage warranty, original spare parts and maintenance contract”.
Also present at the forum were Transit Support Services (TSS) Chairman, Mr. Frank Nneji; Weichai Nigeria Chief Representative, Mr.Sui Zhen(Kevin); SHACMAN Nigeria Sales Manager,Xi Cheng (Charley); SHACMAN Nigeria Service Engineer, ZhaoXiangnan and Weichai Nigeria Representative, Teng Lin.
The all took turn to talk about the brand, its mechanism as well as training the customers on the maintenance of the vehicles.
