For the third time, Total Nigeria Plc has bagged the Nigerian Customer Service Awards as the Best Customer Service Company in the Nigerian Oil &Gas sector. The company had won the award in year 2014 and 2015.
According to a statement, selection for the award is based on stringent parameters that involve two stages. For the first stage, opinion polls are derived from a large sample size that includes all 6 geo-political zones and 36 states in Nigeria. While for the second stage, short-listed companies are visited by mystery shoppers who pay particular attention to ambience, availability of various payment methods and efficient rendering of services at their outlets.
The statement explained that winning the Best Customer Service Company Award further reaffirms “our commitment to better energy via the provision of top quality products delivered with excellent service”.
