UBA Offers Full Banking Services At Lagos Trade Fair

The United Bank (UBA)for Africa Plc has commenced full banking services at the ongoing Lagos International Trade Fair.

The Fair scheduled to hold between November 1st and 10th, 2019, is the 33rd edition and is put together by UBA Plc and the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry(LCCI).

 One of the Reporters from City Business News (www.citybusinessnews.com) who visited UBA pavilion on Saturday explained that staff of the Bank had a busy day attending to their numerous customers.

 Speaking during an interview, one of the customer who simply identified herself as Mrs Bukky Oluloye said: “I want to commend our Bank (UBA) for this development. I’m here to deposit sales for the day. The process is so simple. The staff are core professionals and the atmosphere is friendly”.

 Another Customer who preferred to remain anonymous said: “I want to thank the management of UBA for this initiative. The transaction took me less than 10 minutes. The transaction was fast”.

 The fair according to its promoters provide an avenue for networking and other business opportunities that would assist to catapult business activities in Africa’s largest and busiest city, Lagos and in Nigeria.

 UBA explained in a statement recently that it would be working together with the LCCI to provide a veritable platform intended to grow both domestic and international trade.

 The fair is also expected to further presents participants and visitors with opportunities to seal medium and top business deals.

UBA’s Group Head, Marketing, Mrs Dupe Olusola, who expressed excitement at the partnership with LCCI recentl  noted that the bank, with its extensive spread across Africa and other major economies of the world, is always on the lookout for partnership opportunities that will benefit the business environment and the economies where it operates.

The Director General of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Muda Yusuf, who praised the collaboration between both institutions recently  noted that it was a partnership that was expected to yield great benefits.
