For the year ended December 31, 2015, shareholders of Conoil Plc are to get N2.08 Billion, amounting to N3 per share, compared to N1 paid in the previous year.
Despite challenges within the operating year, the company also declared profit before tax of N3.4billion representing an increase of 125 per cent over the previous year.
Earnings per share also increased by 177 per cent to 333 kobo in 2015 from 120 kobo in 2014.
In a statement Conoil said: “For us, the downstream sector remains fundamentally attractive and viable today and the future”, the statement declared.
