Dangote Cement Plc (DCP) has obtained a waiver from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to file its audited result on or before Feb. 28.
This is contained in a statement signed by the Deputy Company Secretary, Mr Edward Imoedemhe, posted on the website of the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) Ltd on Monday.
It said that SEC also granted approval for the company not to file its fourth-quarter unaudited returns within 30 days of its period end.
The statement said that SEC also approved the filing of its audited financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2021 on or before Feb. 22.
“In view of this, DCP will file its audited financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2021, on or before Feb 28. nan”
