For the Month of September 2020, Hyundai Creta Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) recorded 12,325 sales in India.
The company announced on Friday that the 2020 Creta SUV also crossed the 1,15,000 units booking milestone since its launch in India.
According to the auto maker, 60% of the total bookings are attributed to the diesel powered Hyundai Creta.

Creta is powered by Hyundai’s 1.4 l Kappa Turbo GDi Petrol (BS-VI) engine with 7DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission) that is gaining immense popularity among buyers, the company said.
The Blue Link-enabled variants of the all-new CRETA also received a remarkable response with over 25 000 customers opting for connected SUVs, it added.
The SUV was introduced at the Auto Expo 2020 in February this year and priced between INR9.99 lakh and INR17.2 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
In the SUV segment, HMIL recorded a market share of 26% for the CY January- September 2020.
