United Nigeria Airlines (UNA) has announced the appointment of Prof. Madubuko Tochukwu Victor as a Director on its Board, effective January 1, 2026.
City Business News reports that the appointment approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 30, 2025 “reflects United Nigeria Airlines ongoing commitment to strengthening corporate governance, deepening strategic leadership capacity, and supporting its expansion programme”.
Prof. Madubuko is a seasoned global executive with more than 20 years of experience driving organisational growth across entrepreneurship, international business, education, and public service.
He is the Chief Executive Officer of Chilanna Holdings LLC in Miami, Chairman of The Moonshine Contractors Limited, and Managing Partner of CareerNation, a U.S.-based human capital consulting firm operating across multiple states.
He holds a Master’s degree in Management from The New School and a Bachelor’s degree in International Law from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, and is certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Registered Organization Development Consultant. Prof. Madubuko brings extensive international and cross-cultural expertise to the Board.
