A delegation from the National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC), led by the Director General, Oluwemimo Joseph Osanipin on Monday paid a courtesy visit to the Governor of Ondo State, Mr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa.
During the visit, the NADDC DG informed the Governor of the Mechatronics Training for Technicians in Akure, scheduled to begin on the 4th of February, 2025 in collaboration with Lafbart Innovations and Consulting Limited. Osanipin also seized the opportunity to inform the Governor about the Council’s other auto development plans for the state.
Responding, the Governor appreciated the immense support of the NADDC towards Ondo state and highlighted that the demand for the mechatronics training is high in the state.
He also expressed the importance of skill acquisition in the advancement of the country’s economic development.
The strongly believes that this initiative by the NADDC would enhance the skills of the indigenes of Ondo state and far beyond.
