NFF appoints Gernot Rohr as Super Eagles technical adviser

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has appointed Gernot Rohr to manage the Super Eagles.
  NFF President Amaju Pinnick, who confirmed the development on Friday said the German who is currently working on development programmes for the German Football Federation is expected to arrive in Nigeria on Saturday.
  He said: “We are just tying up the little details left to be handled. The work started quite a while ago but there was the need to wait until everything firmed up before making it public.”
 Rohr, 63 has  coached  the Burkina Faso and Gabon national teams. He  also coached Nantes, Etoile du Sahel, Nice, Ajaccio, Young Boys and Bordeaux, among others.
