As part of its commitment to Nigerian Content and youth empowerment, NLNG has launched the Train 7 Human Capital Development (HCD) Supplementary Programme in Port Harcourt.
According to NLNG, the new phase builds on the existing HCD Basic Training, offering participants structured classroom learning alongside practical field-based experience. NLNG said “The goal is clear; equip young Nigerians with the skills and technical competence needed to thrive in the energy industry.
“Beyond technical training, the programme also provides access to healthcare, mentorship, career support, and wellness services, ensuring trainees are supported every step of the way.
“It’s a holistic approach to capacity development, designed to shape the next generation of industry-ready professionals”.
