NSE’s market capitalisation drops by N103b

Investors in Nigerian capital market on Tuesday lost N103billion due to losses recorded by  Dangote Cement Plc, Nestle Nigeria Plc and Guaranty Trust Bank Plc.

  At the end of the day’s training, Dangote Cement Plc, Nestle Nigeria Plc and Guaranty Trust Bank Plc. Dropped by 1.8 per cent, 3.3 per cent and one per cent, respectively.

 The development left market capitalisation at  N12.6trillion, while the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) All-Share Index fell 82 basis points to close at 36,669.61 basis points. Sector performance was negative across board as all indices declined.
