The President of the Road Safety Officers’ Wives Association (ROSOWA), Hajiya Dr. Nafisat Shehu Mohammed, has paid a working visit to Ogun State as part of efforts to strengthen the Association’s activities, foster unity among members, and advance initiatives aimed at improving the welfare of officers’ families.
City Business News reports that the ROSOWA President was received by the Ogun State Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Corps Commander Ogunjobi, alongside his wife and Chairperson of ROSOWA Ogun State, Lady Morenike Ogunjobi, as well as the Association’s State General Secretary, Mrs. Omolola Akinpelu.
The visit reflects Dr. Mohammed’s proactive leadership style and her commitment to engaging directly with state chapters of the Association to enhance collaboration and ensure the effective implementation of programmes that benefit members and their families.
Her engagement with the Ogun State chapter forms part of ROSOWA’s broader efforts to strengthen internal cohesion, encourage active participation among members, and promote initiatives that support the welfare and well-being of officers’ families across the country.
The Association noted that such visits provide opportunities to interact with members at the grassroots, identify their needs, and reinforce the shared vision of building a stronger and more united ROSOWA.
