President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated the Director-General and Chief Executive Officer of the National Identity Management Commission, Bisoye Coker-Odusote, on the occasion of her birthday.
In a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President commended Coker-Odusote’s leadership, describing her as a source of inspiration to young Nigerians, particularly women in public service.
President Tinubu praised her innovative approach to strengthening identity data management in the country, noting that her efforts have significantly improved access, reliability and integration of data into Nigeria’s national development plans.
He highlighted her diligence in compiling credible identity data, which he said has enhanced effective planning and implementation of government programmes, especially in critical sectors such as security and infrastructure.
The President also acknowledged her role in mobilising staff, fostering collaboration with relevant agencies and deploying new technologies to expand identity data capture, particularly in rural communities.
Encouraging her to sustain the momentum, President Tinubu wished the NIMC boss good health and continued strength as she celebrates her birthday.
