University of Benin has released the results of the Post-Unified Tertiary Examination (PUTME) and Direct Entry screening held recently.
A statement issued by the institution’s Public Relations Officer, Dr Benedicta Ehanire, showed that 92.29 of the 13,331 candidates who sat for the PUTME passed the entrance examination conducted via a computer-based system.
“A total of 13,331 candidates were screened for the PUTME, which recorded a 92.29 per cent pass.
“On the other hand, 538 candidates sat for the PUDE, with 75.28 per cent pass recorded.
The results have been uploaded on the University’s website,” Ehanire said.
