
Assistant Corps Marshal in charge of Pension and Insurance, ACM Rebecca Aremu, MNIM, on Thursday, 27 November 2025, hosted an interactive engagement between Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) personnel and a delegation from the National Pension Commission (PenCom).
The session, led by PenCom Director Usman Isah, focused on sensitising officers on the evolution, achievements, challenges, and emerging developments in the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS). The interaction aimed at ensuring that FRSC personnel remain well-informed, empowered, and equipped with the right knowledge to navigate pension administration effectively.
The programme recorded impressive participation from officers across various departments, Corps offices, special units, and the RS7.1 Sector Command. Discussions centred on strengthening understanding of the CPS framework, enhancing transparency, and improving staff confidence in pension processes.
The engagement also reinforced the strong relationship between the FRSC and PenCom, underscoring the Corps’ commitment to staff welfare through continuous knowledge sharing, institutional collaboration, and capacity-building initiatives.
