The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) held its November edition of the Corps Marshal’s monthly parade on Monday, November 3, 2025, at the Corps’ National Headquarters in Abuja. The parade is a routine exercise designed to evaluate the discipline, regimentation, and overall preparedness of personnel across the Corps.
Assistant Corps Marsha,l Meshack A. Jatau, who represented the Corps Marshal, reviewed the parade and conveyed the leadership’s appreciation for the officers’ dedication and professionalism.
ACM Jatau stressed that maintaining high standards of discipline, physical fitness, and operational readiness remains crucial, especially as the nation approaches the high-risk “ember months” period, known for increased travel and heightened road usage.
He reaffirmed the FRSC’s commitment to enhancing road safety and ensuring strict enforcement of traffic regulations nationwide. “Our collective responsibility is to keep Nigerians safe on the roads, and this demands unwavering discipline and professionalism from each officer,” Jatau said.
The Corps is expected to intensify its enforcement strategies and public education efforts as part of its drive to reduce road crashes and ensure safer highways during the busy year-end period.
