Public Education Officers of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) are participating in the 2025 Media Workshop organized by the Directorate of Army Public Relations and the Nigerian Army School of Public Relations and Information (NASPRI). The workshop, themed “Navigating the Evolving Media Landscape: Enhancing Collaboration with Media Stakeholders through New Media,” is taking place at the Lt Gen Taoreed Lagbaja Auditorium, NASPRI, Muhammadu Buhari Cantonment, Giri, Abuja, from December 1st to 5th, 2025.
The capacity-building programme is designed to strengthen the communication competencies of participants, particularly in developing effective crisis communication strategies, leveraging new media tools for accurate and timely information dissemination, and building public trust through transparent engagement.
By bringing together communication professionals from security agencies, the workshop aims to foster stronger collaboration with media stakeholders.
This improved synergy is expected to enhance the quality of public information dissemination, support national security efforts, and contribute meaningfully to national development.
