The Management of Mikano Motors has commended staff of the company for their outstanding contributions to the growth of the company in 2022.
Speaking at an award ceremony held at the company’s vehicle Assembly plant along Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, General Manager, Mikano Motors, Ralph Haidar commended the staff for their dedication and loyalty.
Haider said: “We are using this event to recognize our staffs, which have shown commitment and dedication in an effort to take the organization to the next level.”
Haidar disclosed that Mikano Motors attained 400% sales growth in 2022 despite the global economic challenges.
Explaining further, he said“Without our hardworking staff, it would have been impossible for the company to attain the kind of growth we experienced last year.
“I must confess that our staff have performed optimally. So, this award ceremony is about recognizing their efforts, demonstrating of team spirit and bonding. We are saying we value their contributions to the success of the company in 2022.
“This is a new year with renewed energy. We are encouraging our staff to do more. We are expecting more support, commitment and belief in our dream to take the industry beyond and above”.
Also speaking at the event, Marketing Manager, Mikano Motors, Karima Okunola, commended the staff for making the sales growth possible.
