The Catholic Diocese of Auchi, under the leadership of Most Rev. Dr. Gabriel Dunia, has announced with deep sorrow the passing of Rev. Monsignor Thomas Oleghe at 104.
Monsignor Oleghe, who was honored with a courtesy visit by several Bishops following their Second Plenary in Auchi last August, held the distinction of being the oldest Catholic priest in Nigeria at the time of his death.
We pray that his soul may now rest in eternal peace, following many years of faithful service in the Lord’s vineyard.
