BMW has announced the global unveiling of the facelifted versions of the M5 and the M5 Competition.
According to BMW, the 2021 BMW M5 and M5 Competition will hit the roads in a much sharper form.
The new M5 and M5 Competetion high-performance sedans have been upgraded with updated design.
The 4.4 litre V8 engine powers the car and it gets BMW M TwinPower Turbo technology. The engine churns out 608 PS of power in the BMW M5 and 633 PS of power in the BMW M5 Competition. Transmission duty is done by an eight speed M Steptronic transmission with Drivelogic.
The performance focused sedans get M xDrive all-wheel drive as standard and a 2WD setting for pure rear-wheel drive as well.
The BMW M5 can accelerate to 0-100 kmph in 3.4 seconds and reaches 200 kmph in 11.1 seconds. The BMW M5 Competition reaches 100 kmph is in 3.3 seconds, 200 kmph in 10.8 seconds.
