Rullion Capacity Builders Foundation, a non-profit organization, in furtherance of her vision to empower women and young people with the skills to own their own businesses will host a shopping fair on Monday, 26th of June, 2017 by 12 noon at Archbishop Vining Grounds, Oba Akinjobi Way, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos tagged ‘The Women’s Entrepreneurial Fair (WEF) 2017’.
Speaking on the objective of the event, Mrs. Oluwatoyin Egedi, CEO, Rullion Capacity Builders, said, “The aim of this WEF Fair is to showcase women owned businesses; promote and highlight the role that MSMEs play in economic development of the nation and give these MSMEs the opportunity to tap from the experiences of established businesses who have also been invited to exhibit their products and services at the fair.
“Guests should come ready to shop and drop with as little as N3,000 as participating businesses will be offering huge discounts on their products during the WEF Fair. The quality and array of products available will pleasantly surprise our guests. We will be taking the WEF Fair to other parts of Nigeria in the coming months to avail more entrepreneurs of our growth platform.” Mrs. Egedi said.
Participants at the fair include start-ups and businesses in various sectors such as food processing, leatherworks, fashion and lifestyle. Others are real estate, Information technology and agriculture with Rullion Capacity Builders Foundation providing publicity materials to some of them to help their visibility.
Notable companies that have signed up for sponsorship and participation include Cakeworld Nigeria, Inspiration FM , Cadbury and Nobel Carpets.
