
Realnews Magazine and Publications Limited, publishers of Realnews Magazine Online, has announced a distinguished lineup of fintech and security experts for the high-level panel discussion at its 13th Anniversary Lecture Series.
The event will take place on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja GRA, Lagos, beginning at 10 a.m.
The panelists, drawn from leading institutions in finance and security, include Lasbery Chioma Oludimu (LLM, MCIArb, ACIS), Vice President of Global Operations and Managing Director (Nigeria) of Yellow Card Financial Inc.; Dr. Favour Femi-Oyewole, Group Chief Information Security Officer, Access Bank Plc.; and Mr. Abdul Rahman M. Mustapha, Chief Operating Officer, Intelligence and Security Services Support, Nigeria Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU).
They will discuss the theme, “Cybersecurity, Illicit Financial Flows and Achieving Agenda 2063 in Africa,” immediately after the Anniversary Lecture.
Oludimu, a specialist in fintech, blockchain, and digital assets, oversees Yellow Card’s operations across 20 African countries and is a key player in advancing digital financial inclusion. She brings legal and regulatory expertise, bolstered by her accomplishments and recognition among Africa’s top women leaders in financial services.
Dr. Femi-Oyewole, an acclaimed cybersecurity expert and Forbes Technology Council member, has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology, Operations, and Cybersecurity Risk Management. As the first African woman to earn the Blockchain Certified Professional designation, she has led major cybersecurity transformations in the Nigerian financial sector.
Mustapha, a multidisciplinary intelligence and policy strategist at the NFIU, has contributed to Nigeria’s national security and anti-terrorism efforts. His work integrates financial intelligence with defense strategy to combat crimes such as terrorism financing and illicit financial flows.
Realnews had earlier announced that the session will be chaired by Justice Ayotunde Phillips, retired Chief Judge of Lagos State and former LASIEC chairman. The names of the Guest Speaker and Keynote Speaker are expected to be announced shortly.
