WISTA Nigeria Celebrates Appointments Of Female Maritime Leaders In Ghana, Nigeria

 The Women’s International Shipping and Trading Association (WISTA) Nigeria, on Saturday, commended the appointments of Jemilat Mahamah as Chairman of the Board of the Ghana Maritime Authority and Ms. Iroghama Ogbeifun as a Board Member of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA).

A statement issued by Dr. Odunayo Ani, President, WISTA Nigeria, explained that  Mahamah’s appointment marks a pivotal moment for Ghana and the wider maritime community.

 “We are immensely proud of Madam Mahamah’s achievement,” said Dr. Odunayo Ani, President of WISTA Nigeria, adding “Her leadership promises bold reforms and strategic progress for Ghana’s maritime sector.”
